    Check your posture - face forward, not straining up or down.
    Turn your pages early.

    Eat healthy. Not too much, not too little.
    Listen to your neighbours, not just yourself.
    Engage your audience.
    Smile when you sing!
    Follow your director.
    Open your mouth to sing!
    Arrive early to a show.
    Short syllables add punch. Long syllables add smoothness.
    Practise your music - any time, anywhere!
    Keep hydrated. Room-temperature water is best.
    Learn your range and your change.
    When the song ends, END IT. Watch for the cutoff.

    Silence your phone!
    Count the rests - all of them!
    Keep your music in order.

Silver Chord will be bringing our wonderful Christmas repertoire to the  Wesbrooke Retirement Community in Pitt Meadows for an afternoon of Christmas favourites.
